Emmanuel Osei Receives West Point Appointment and MVCTC Scholarship

Emmanuel Osei (Trotwood) enrolled in the Allied Health Technologies Tech Prep program at MVCTC, chose to honor as his most significant educators, Ellen Elliott-Bissey of MVCTC and Candice Corwin of Trotwood-Madison. Emmanuel is the son of Stalla Agyeman and Anthony Osei-Agyeman of Trotwood. Emmanuel also recently received an appointment to attend the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York.
