MVCTC Electives, Business, Information Technology, and Agriculture Students of the Month January 2016

Englewood, Ohio - The Miami Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC) Electives, Business, Information Technology, and Agriculture (EBITA) Department under the leadership of Supervisor, David Peltz, recognizes a Student of the Month each month during the school year.  The award honors outstanding accomplishments and leadership in Career Tech Education.

 

January EBITA Students of the Month

Nathaniel Conway (Mississinawa Valley) and Charlie Waughtel (Bethel), both from Mr. Larry Seibel’s Diesel Power Technologies Program, were recognized as the EBITA January 2016 Students of the Month.

 

Nathaniel Conway, Mississinawa Valley, was recognized by his instructor, Mr. Larry Seibel for being a positive role model and student in the Diesel Power Technology Junior Program.  Mr. Seibel stated, “Nate has the most positive attitude I have seen.  He is always eager to learn and asks questions when needed.”

Charlie Waughtel, Bethel High School, was recognized out of the Senior Diesel Power Technology Program.  Instructor Larry Seibel stated, Charlie has worked hard to improve his grades this year.  His work in lab is top-notch and he exhibits some of the best qualities in the program.”

 

Congratulations to Nathaniel and Charlie for being recognized as the Electives, Business, Information Technology, and Agriculture Students of the Month at MVCTC.  

For over 40-years, MVCTC has been providing career technical education for 27 partner school districts encompassing five counties in Southwest Ohio.  MVCTC is dedicated to providing in-demand workforce training for youth, adults, and organizations in the Miami Valley.
