MVCTC Class of 2016 Spotlight –Bryant Fox

Englewood, Ohio – Bryant Fox is a senior in the Miami Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC) Business Ownership program from Ansonia. Bryant decided to attend the MVCTC because of the opportunity to expand his knowledge in the field of business.  Bryant shared, “My experiences at MVCTC have been really good, I have met new people, learned new things, and experienced great class settings with expert teachers.”

 

While attending MVCTC Bryant has earned the Tech Prep Scholarship of $3,000 to Sinclair Community and thanks to College Credit Plus classes he has also earned college credit from Sinclair Community College and Clark State Community College. 

 

After graduating from MVCTC, Bryant plans to attend the University of Findlay to double major in Western Equine and Business. He plans to open a tack shop for horses and be a successful entrepreneur someday. Bryant shared the following, “The MVCTC Business Ownership program has prepared me for college. It has also made me aware of the business field and allowed me to develop my own business plan.”

 

Bryant is the son of Tom Fox of Greenville and Spring Fox of New Madison.

 

When asked his favorite part of attending MVCTC, Bryant shared, “MVCTC has made me aware of new opportunities and helped me to grow as a person. I can associate with others on all levels: presenting, one-on-one, and in small groups. MVCTC has taught me to be outgoing and motivated for the future.”

 

For over 40-years, MVCTC has been providing career technical education for 27 partner school districts encompassing five counties in Southwest Ohio.  MVCTC is dedicated to providing in-demand workforce training for youth, adults, and organizations in the Miami Valley.
