Description

Industrial cooks are responsible for the opening and cooking of peanuts, tree nuts, and seeds on large oil and dry roasters.

Skills

• Promotes and incorporates food safety and personal safety
• Maintains high level of quality control
• Ensure quality standards, specifications and policies are met or exceeded
• Preventing contamination
• Cleaning work area including equipment
• Complete all projects and duties as assigned
• Monitor packaging machine during the process in order to identify and correct malfunctions
• Meet or exceed efficiencies while communicating inefficiencies
• Regulate machine flow and speed
• Utilize ERP system to complete jobs
• Take lead and provide direction to team while producing, changing over and cleaning.
• All other duties assigned

Days / Hours

First Shift Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
Third Shift Monday - Thursday 8:00 pm - 7:00 am
