WHAT IS SEED?
SEED (Securing Experience + Employee Development ) is a one-year career-launching program where recent high school graduates are hired full-time at Keystone Cooperative to explore the diversity of our business resulting in a rewarding and fulfilling career in agriculture and energy. The program allows the graduating FFA member to explore our business and learn what areas interest them the most as a full-time employee. SEED is a boots-on-the-ground learning experience for someone who would rather get to work, than sit in college class.
