MVCTC Business Ownership Students Welcome Guest Speaker

Miami Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC) Business Ownership students recently hosted guest speaker Judy Blanton, CEO of Waffle House. Ms. Blanton owns and manages 33 Waffle House locations in Dayton and Columbus and has over 900 employees. She discussed the structure of how her businesses operate and how her franchises relate to the Waffle House corporate office. She discussed employment opportunities for students as well as how to manage a business properly.
