Mold Maintenance Technician

Essential Job Functions:
Complete minor mold repairs.
Perform PM (preventive maintenance) on injection molds.
Perform PM (preventive maintenance) on hot runner controllers.
Basic wiring of mold heaters and core cylinders.
Load and unload molds from trucks as needed.
Complete required daily documentation.
Participate in the on-call rotation for mold repair emergencies.

Experience and Knowledge:
3-5 years experience in tool and die preferred but not required.
Able to trouble shoot and solve common mold problems.
Understands the PPE required for safe mold handling and repairs. 

Skills

Basic Tig welding.
AC & DC electrical knowledge.
Proficient with basic hand and power tools.
Basic machining skills (mill, drill press, lathe, surface grinder).
Problem solving techniques.

Days / Hours

2nd shift: Monday-Friday 3:10pm-11:10pm

Pay Range & Benefits

Starting Wage: $22.15
3 Month Increase: $23.85
12 Month Increase: $25.05
