Description

Work is primarily performed indoors within an office setting, with occasional exposure to the shop floor.
The worker may perform tasks on or around moving equipment and is occasionally exposed to moving
mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles. The physical requirements of this position include the
ability to lift, carry, push/pull up to 25 lbs, bend/stoop, twist, handle/grasp, and reach. Normal to
correctable vision is required, and safety eyewear must always be worn while on the shop floor. Effective
communication with co-workers and supervisors is essential. We are committed to providing reasonable

Skills

Experience:
o At least 5 years of experience in customer account management, preferably in
manufacturing, injection molding, or a related industry.
o Experience working with cross-functional teams, including production, purchasing, and
engineering departments.
o Proven track record of managing customer relationships and meeting customer
expectations.
• Communication Skills:
o Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with
customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Organizational Skills:
o Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and
meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
o Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining
attention to detail.
• Customer Service Orientation:
o Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to maintain a high level of satisfaction
and build lasting relationships.
o Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Computer Skills:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
o Familiarity with CRM (Customer-Relationship-Management) software or other business
management tools.
